History Meets Modernity
Ulriksdals Värdshus, established in 1868, proudly carries many years of history and has been home to several restaurant concepts over the years. Since 2016, it has been operated by Svenska Brasserier with the vision of offering a modern and delightful dining experience that respects our surroundings and environment while always meeting the individual needs of our guests. We combine historical elements with modernity to create an atmosphere where every visit becomes a memorable experience.

Sustainability is important to us. Therefore, our culinary vision involves making use of the land around Ulriksdals Värdshus to create our own farmstead. Much of what you get on your plate grows in this 1.5-hectare agricultural oasis.
